I specialize in lymphatic drainage, post op care and craniosacral.
My experience and education is in healthcare. I was a nurse aid working in various hospitals around Portland, but felt frustrated not having the time and resources patients need. Massage opened the door for me to create a space where I can provide personalized care. As someone who experiences chronic illness and has felt othered by medical professionals, it gives me so much joy to work with clients following their boundaries, wants and needs. I will probably throw in a few jokes as well.
When not massaging I can be found rockhounding, petting my cats, cooking vegan dinners or playing music.
I am the proud owner of Lymph Laugh Love, a lymphatic drainage massage business in Portland, Oregon. I am a licensed massage therapist and certified in manual lymphatic drainage. More info on me can be found here.

Mandalyn’s journey into acupuncture is a testament to their determination. As a single mother and a full-time student with limited finances, they discovered a welcoming community acupuncture clinic that ignited their passion for the art of acupuncture. Mandalyn truly shines in the blend of acupuncture and bodywork. They draw on their skills in these modalities, along with yoga training, to create sessions tailored to each client’s specific needs. From addressing orthopedic pain to nurturing mental health, Mandalyn employs a blend of East Asian techniques to accommodate various health patterns and patient preferences.
Mandalyn is dedicated to creating a secure and empathetic environment for their patients. They place special emphasis on ensuring their patients feel safe, respected, and informed. This includes practicing clear communication, obtaining informed consent, using correct pronouns and affirmed names, and taking the time to explain treatment processes thoroughly.
In Mandalyn’s own words, “My goal is to hold space for people, like a lamppost in the dark spaces of life we must navigate. Where people choose to go with the light shed on the path is their decision; I am not here to judge, only to support.”
Mandalyn’s toolkit extends beyond acupuncture and includes several other techniques:
Shiatsu: A Japanese massage modality that incorporates abdominal massage and specific channel pressure along qi meridians.
Tuina: A Chinese massage style that engages qi channels and includes assisted stretches.
Cupping: The use of suction cups to relieve tension and enhance circulation.
Gua Sha: A technique that involves a gentle scraping of the skin with a smooth-edged tool to promote circulation and release stagnation.
Mandalyn’s holistic and individualized approach to healing, their commitment to patient-centered care, and their diverse skill set make them an invaluable resource for those seeking complementary healthcare with a touch of personalized attention and a sprinkle of warmth.
In their free time, Mandalyn enjoys listening to live music, hiking, sewing, crochet, and sketching.

Dr. Suzi Levy was inspired to co-found Asha in2010 by her belief that every body can be healthy and free from pain. She specializes in working with patients whose identities and experience may make it harder to access competent, empathetic care. Her experiences as a fat queer woman, bodyworker, and former athlete give her a level of empathy that helps patients trust her, because she listens to and believes what they know about their own bodies. She loves working with all kinds of bodies, goals, strengths, and challenges. She gets just as excited about helping a patient to comfortably walk a block as about getting an elite athlete back to their sport. Born in Philadelphia, Dr. Levy spent her 20s moving around the country, then moved to Portland in 2001. She lives in a big old four-square house with a wonderful community of housemates and dogs. She enjoys house projects, being with her community, and playing the guitar.
Educational Background
After graduating from Rutgers in 1995 with a B.S. in economics, Dr. Suzi Levy began her career in bodywork in 1997 as a graduate of the Florida College of Natural Health in Massage Therapy. She worked in sports medicine for a professional soccer team and the U.S. Swim Team. Her interest in preventive care and wellness led her to study chiropractic, and in 2006, she graduated from Western States Chiropractic College.
